What we need to complete a 3D floorplan for you.
PHOTOS OR A VIDEO OF YOUR RENTAL UNIT
The photos in your listing are probably great but they may not cover the whole area (hence why the 3d floorplan is important). To help with this, we'll need you to take additional photos or a video, from all the spaces covering as much area as possible. We'll explain with more detail.

You receive the first revision in full color and with furniture. (usually within a week*)
You approve the image and We deliver the final image in full resolution.

Additional views can be added for a small fee, usually $75.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, we process our payments through Stripe, a well trusted payment processor with a tough level of security to ensure your information is secured.
We don’t store your credit card nor the billing information on our servers.
Frequent questions
Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes, when you fill the form you'll get your personalized price and you'll need to complete it in order to start your order. If your project price is higher than $500, we can arrange a 2 payment installment if you feel more comfortable that way.
How long does it take to complete a 3D floorplan?
Usually it takes about a week for most projects, you'll receive an expected delivery date once we complete step 3 of the process.
Review our drafts as fast as possible to speed up the process.
What counts as a revision?
If you decide to change wall colors, that's one revision. Let us know in step 2 of the process if you need colors that are different from what's shown on your photos to avoid this revision.
If you decide to remove/add furniture, that's another revision. Let us know in step 2 as well to avoid this revision.
But, if you decide to remove/add furniture and also change colors during the same revision, that's counted as a single revision.
What happens if I want to make changes in the future?
After the image is approved, we can make additional changes for a personalized fee. Let us know what you need.
What if I don't like the proposed view for my 3d floorplan?
Our designers try to find the best angle to showcase your space, but you are free to request a different one, as long as you have not used all your revisions.

What if I don't have a floorplan?
You can do a really simple hand drawn sketch of it, include general measurements and distances to windows and doors. The walls can be single lines.
Can I make adjustments to the image?
Yes, on step 4 of the process you'll receive an image 90% ready, you can let us know if you don't like or want to adjust something. You can make up to 2 revisions.
